Description

2K EPOXY COATING is a pigmented polyamide epoxy made with a high solids content and designed for industrial and marine use. it works extremely well as a coating over primer steel.

  • Viscosity ( Gardner, 25C) : 90 ± 10s
  • Density (g/ml, 25C) : 1.0 – 1.1 g/ml
  • Dust dry time : Max 5 hrs
  • Hard dry time : Max 15 hrs
  • Grind fineness : Max 30 µm
  • Gloss (60C) : 75-80
  • Adhesion : Max 1
  • Collision Endurance Min 50 kg/cm²
  • Flexural strengh : Max 1 mm
  • Time between coats of paint : Min 4 hrs

2K EPOXY COATING is an economical long term protection in only one coat. It is formulated to enhance the performance, to protect the substrate, in adverse climatic conditions. It has high gloss, excellent adhesion and durability, good flow properties. It is very good solvent and chemical resistance.
