Description
DESCRIPTION2K EPOXY PRIMER is a two component paint epoxy zinc and the curing is the same as polyamide. Used as an anti-rust primer to protect the surface of the machinery and factory equipment from metal corrosion. After dried paint, it has an excellent adhesion and flexibility. It also has good water, solvent and chemical resistance properties. It has s shrinkage during vulcanization.
- Colour : according to colour board
- Viscosity ( Gardner, 250C) : 90 ± 10s
- Density (g/ml, 250C) : 1.3 – 1.5g/ml
- Dust dry time : Max 5 hrs
- Hard dry time : Max 15 hrs
- Grind fineness : Max 30 µm
- Adhesion : Max 1
- Collision Endurance : Min 50 kg/cm²
- Flexural strengh : Max 1 mm
- Time between coats of paint : Min 4 hrs
- Method: use brush, roller, spray gun
- Should use spray gun and presure: 4-6kg/cm²
- New material surface: remove dirt and grease
- Painted surface: remove old paint, sanded, use a stiff brush or sanblasted.
- Prepaired surface must be immediately painted to avoid corrosion back.
- Mixing ratio: EPOXY: CURING: SOLVENT = 4: 1: 1
- Stir thoroughly before use.
