1K EPOXY PRIMER

1K EPOXY PRIMER is a type paint which manufactured based on epoxy resin, anticorrosive pigment, organic solvent and special additives. It’s used to protect metal surface against corrosion, rust. This is primer layer for metal before finishing.

• Viscosity ( Gardner, 25⁰C) : 90 ± 10s
• Density (g/ml, 25⁰C) : 1.3 – 1.4 g/ml
• Dust dry time : 30 mins
• Hard dry time : 12 hrs
• Grind fineness : Max 30 µm
• Adhesion : Max 1
• Collision Endurance : Min 45 kg/cm
• Flexural strengh : Max 1 mm
• Time between coats of paint : Min 6 hrs

1K EPOXY PRIMERdry fast, easy use, good flow properties, excellent adhesion properties, deep and strong grip on the metal surface. Water – resistant, corrosion resistant, rust primer used for perfectly sharp steel before coating the outside color.

• Method: use brush, roller, spray gun
• Should use spray gun and presure: 4-6kg/cm²
• New material surface: remove dirt and grease
• Painted surface: remove old paint, sanded, use a stiff brush or sanblasted.
• Prepaired surface must be immediately painted to avoid corrosion back.
• Mixing ratio: SOLVENT: PAINT = 15-20% : 85-80%.
• Stir thoroughly before use.

• Used as a primer layer for metal before finishing.
• It is best to pre-clean metal surface thoroughly with silicone remover before painting.
